- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Appointed scheduled at 9am but the place was closed. Waited 15 minutes. Called later and the person's response was, "well, I'm here now." No apology, no explanation. Went back and she was eating and we were told she'd be with us in a moment and she went back to the back, I'm assuming to finish eating because no other clients were there and, yet again we wait. We left ten minutes later. She came outside and I explained why we were leaving and she finally tells me why she wasn't there for the appointment and that they do have good customer service.
